Trendelkamps world-wide service management means – apart from general service and commissioning – quality assurance and development.
A commissioning of your plant without problems does not only mean the earliest possible start of production but also saves costs. If you require our help, our service technicians will help with a trouble-free start-up by working together with your personnel and - if necessary -train them in operating our units.
After - Sales - Service / Trouble - Shooting
If it is not possible to solve a problem by advice from a distance, we will send a service technician for remedying the problem within twenty-four hours after receiving your notification, unless this is impossible due to visa application or other reasons.
Spare parts
We guarantee the availability of spare parts for a period of ten (10) years after delivery.
