Trendelkamp Mixing Silos are robust and easy-to-maintain welded constructions. When choosing the construction elements, the industrial application as well as the requirement for easy cleaning purposes were taken into consideration.

A special double upper arrangement of bearings for the worm shaft allows the construction of mixing silos without lower bearings. This made it possible to fit a centred outlet device for complete discharge of residues.

The drive unit of the worm shaft consists of a horizontal spur gear reduction motor that drives the shaft via a flexible coupling.
