Adapter Flanges

Strand Dies for Strand Pelletizing

Pneumatic Conveyers

• Conveying of free-flowing material

The system consisting of a Blower, Injector Nozzle and a Cyclone Separator conveys the free-flowing material directly from the production area into storage bins or silos.

The four-piece Injector Nozzle and the Cyclone Separator are equipped with wearing plates, which allows an exchange of the wear parts, which are made of stainless steel.

Standard Sizes:  200 - 600 kg/hr  (depending on the product)

Special Machinery

• Bale Cutter for cutting rolls or plastics with great volume in smaller pieces

A hydraulically operated knife, which is mounted in a heavy-duty welded steel frame cuts baled scrap (butt rolls, Scrap Rolls, etc.), into smaller pieces, thus enabling further processing, e.g. shredding.

• Dumping Units for unloading Gaylords and Octabins

The hydraulically operated dumping units allow processors to completely empty gaylords and octabins into a conveying system without damaging them.
