Sales Manager / Sales Engineer

In order to strengthen our team and to increase our market share, we are looking for a candidate that possesses a profound technical background in plastics processing as well as several years of experience in sales of capital goods.
Selfmotivation and a strong desire to succeed combined with excellent interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities and job duties include customer management, client acquisition, project management and team leadership. Travel within the Americas is required.

Compensation includes salary, commission and benefits.

Sales Agent for North America

Responsibilities:

- Conducts business on behalf of the manufacturer
- Expands customer base through successful acquisition of new customers and
  realization of new projects
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports

Qualifications:
- Possess good negotiation skills and sales kills with the motivation for sales
- Experience in the plastic processing industry and in sales of components
- Work independently and responsibly with a profound technical background
- Able to maintain client relationship and extend the client relationship
- Professional appearance and good presentation skills

This position is commission based only.
